Return and Exchange Policy
We consider ALL SALES to be final.
Thank you so much for your purchase from The Mint Julep and for supporting our small family business.
We do not offer refunds for in-store purchases, online purchases, or order cancellations.
Purchases made at our location are eligible for exchange within 14 days of your initial purchase or for a Mint Julep store credit only. NO refunds will be given.
ALL SPECIAL order or pre-ordered items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Accessories: We work hard to pack your items with the utmost care, but if an item ever arrives damaged, we will make it right by sending you a replacement item or a store credit. If an item does arrive damaged, please email 6 photos of the damaged item(s) & packaging to claims@mintjulepdecor.com within 3 days. If you are local to the Rockwall, Texas area items purchased through our website that have the original tags attached and a sales receipt may be returned to our brick-and-mortar storefront within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or in-store credit only. Items that have been used and are not in their original packaging are not eligible for return. We MUST receive the items in original packaging we sent to you.
Lighting: If a light fixture has been altered in any way or installed it is NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
Furniture Freight Deliveries: ALL furniture that is sent by freight or by local delivery is FINAL sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Freight and delivery charges are non-refundable. The freight driver will have a sign off sheet for you to fill out and circle... all damage must be reported on that sheet. Although, we try our very best to package our furniture as carefully as possible we do understand that damages can happen in transit. PLEASE CHECK your furniture thoroughly before the driver leaves. Once he has left your home, we are no longer responsible for any damages from that point forward. However, if your furniture was damaged during transit, please contact us immediately to get it resolved!
SHIPPING:
If requested to return your product, you should mail your product to: The Mint Julep, 1129 Ridge Road, Rockwall TX 75087, United States. The item MUST be returned in the original packaging that it was shipped to you in. Shipping costs are at your expense & are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you will need a trackable shipping service and are required to purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for items that are broken in transit to us and we will not give a store credit for them.
