Return Policy

Thank you so much for your purchase from The Mint Julep. We do not accept online returns. We work hard to pack your items with the utmost care, but if an item ever arrives damaged we will make it right by sending you a replacement item or exchange credit. If an item does arrive damaged please email photos of the damaged item(s) & packaging to info@themintjulep.net within 3 days. If you are local to the Rockwall, Texas area items purchased through our website that have the original tags attached and a sales receipt may be returned to our brick and mortar storefront within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or in-store credit only. Items that have been used and are not in their original packaging are not eligible for return. We really appreciate your business! Thank you for supporting our small business!

Shipping Policy

Most orders under $150 ship for a flat rate shipping charge of $9.95. (Some exclusions apply).  All other item's shipping cost is determined by the size of the item and the location it is shipping to.  You will receive a confirmation email upon the placement of your order. Your order will be hand packed with the utmost care & shipped within 7-10 business days. (Most items ship sooner.) As soon as your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you are purchasing a gift for someone special and would like us to add a custom note from you please tell us the information in the comment/note section at checkout, and we will hand write a note with your words for that extra special touch.
